Also, let’s flash back to almost a year ago, and another cake disaster :s ….

Last Saturday, Hopeless & Useless ventured into parts unknown when they made chocolate ecclairs using a recipe…

They weren’t dreadful!  Myself (Useful) and Hopeful (Hopeless’ better half) even enjoyed second helpings, which is previously unheard of in a Hopeless and Useless adventure… So kudos guys!
